HOW TO APPLY FOR APPRENTICESHIP IN ZIMBABWE

What is apprentice

An apprentice is like job, you learn and as well gain experience and get paid. By the end of the apprenticeship program , you'll have gained the right skills and knowledge for you choosen career path. 

As an apprentice you'll 
1. Learn and train for a specif job you would have selected as a career path
2. Get hands on experience in areal job set up
3. Complete assessments during apprenticeship

Requirements for apprenticeship in Zimbabwe

1. To be able to apply for any apprenticeship in Zimbabwe, you should first register
2. Obtain at least 5 O levels including english and maths
3. Certificate of apprenticeship

Apprenticeship Registration

1. Register with Industrial Training and Trade-Testing Department of Zimbabwe (59 Nelson Mandela Ave Harare, Cnr 1st & 2nd)
2. A $100 ZWL fee is required for registration
3. They require you to bring Original ID, Original academic Certificates and Original Birth certificate


After you have acquired clearance letter you can then apply for any apprenticeship post in Zimbabwe. 

NB* Usualy age limit is placed at 25 and below by most companies.
